Yeah, this is in Australia but tyranny has no borders. I've seen some pretty insane, corrupt actions going on here in the United States. So other than the accents and throwing shrimp on the barbies, this really could happen here. A man was outside running with his lady friend, wearing no mask because he's outside, he's running, and he's got a history of heart issues, plus he's outside and running (echo in here?) when the Aussie Po-Po put him under arrest. For not wearing a mask. While outside. And running. It was then that the lady friend whipped out her phone to record the pr*cks cuffing him and leading him away.
This Instagram account belongs to the man's son. He had some words about the incident.

The Queensland Police responded to the incident and said the man "appeared to collapse" but, "no medical issue" has yet been identified according to Sky News.
A spokesperson told the outlet that the man was taken to the hospital "as a precaution".
"As police had discontinued the arrest at that time, investigations are continuing into any possible offences committed on that day," the spokesperson said.
Stay-at-home orders and outdoor mask mandates were extended through August 8 in response to a Delta variant outbreak.
Police say no medical issue has yet been identified... As if that excuses their treatment of some dude OUT FOR A JOG?
Joseph Merlino, the son of the man arrested in the video above, is right when he says this is government's intention, to completely control people. A man out for a jog, outside, without a mask for medical exception reasons, should be fine. But four officers, yes FOUR, responded to take down this man for not wearing a mask. To me that indicates some power-hungry pr*cks eager to exercise a bit of control.
Don't defend these cops and say they're just following orders from government. There's a reason I do not get aboard the "yay all cops!" or "boo all cops!" trains. A lot of police officers are good people. But a lot want to control others. I give these four people as examples.
And again, just because this is in the land down under you better run you better take cover, doesn't mean it won't happen or isn't happening in America.
