Man do I miss this lady. Few people can wear Barbie Hot Pink and still come off dangerous. Yet Kayleigh McEnany does. My best friend if I were ever cool enough to hang out with her, lit up Jen Psaki on Thursday for failing to do her job. That is, to tell the American people what in the actual hell pit of Afghanistan is going on. Yet Circle Back Jen and Ice Cream Joe haven't exactly been forthright with the details. Or even broad strokes. Heck, forthrightness isn't even a word in the Biden Administration's lexicon.

"Jen Psaki promised us a daily White House press briefing," McEnany said Thursday. "There isn't one today. There wasn't one Monday. When the going gets tough, the daily press briefing that she promised goes out the window."
She also had a few pointers for the Pentagon's Press Secretary John Kirby:
"When you are a press secretary at any entity, you anticipate whatever the questions will be," McEnany said. "One of the most obvious questions is how many Americans are on the ground. He didn't take up the time to pick up the phone and call Secretary of State Antony Blinken and get that number for us when you are the one place we are getting information from today, when there are nearly 15,000 American hostages on the ground?"
If anyone can criticize the job performance of Biden's Press Secretary, it's Kayleigh. She made the job look all too easy as she cooked up idiot reporters with great aplomb. Hopefully she'll be fire-roasting Psaki for the next three years. God I hope it's not more than three years.
More to the point though, the entire purpose of a press briefing is to brief the press. I know, doesn't sound too challenging, yet here we are. What does it say about Biden or whomever is applying denture cream to Biden's chompers, that he appointed not just one crappy press secretary, but at least two? If we want to do a little compare and contrast, Trump's press secretaries were Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Kayleigh McEnany. The latter of which I am pretty sure looked forward to each day when she could smack around CNN's victims.
Great job, Democrats. You picked yourself a real winner in Biden.
