This is a problem.
The Rittenhouse Trial has not been going well for the prosecution. Like, at all. You would think their entire case is based on CNN reports and memes from the Occupy Democrats Facebook page. On Monday, they were completely BTFO'd when Gaige Grosskreutz, the guy Rrittenhoue allegedly shot, testified under oath that he pulled HIS gun on Rittenhouse first and that Rittenhouse was in fear for his life.
So on Tuesday, someone was recording the jurors before the trial started.
"It was reported to me that this morning at the [jury] pick-up, there was someone there videorecording the jury. Which, the officers approached the person and required [them] to delete the video and return the phone. I've instructed that if it happens again they are to take the phone and bring it here. So, that's for your information."
This would be a MAJOR issue under a normal trial. It's worse in this case because activists have already stated they plan to dox the jurors to scare them into declaring Rittenhouse guilty. When you look at how the mainstream media is "reporting" on the trial, there's no reason to believe they wouldn't dox a juror themselves. Now the judge overseeing the trial is announcing that someone was caught filming the jurors before another day of Kyle Rittenhouse's innocence made clear.
What I'd like to know "for our information" is why the douche filming wasn't arrested on the spot.
