It's been a rough week for Joe Biden. He gets no respect. He's like Rodney Dangerfield, except that Biden isn't intentionally funny. Also, I'm fairly certain Rodney had more control over his bodily functions. Except for that one time he farted and blamed it on someone stepping on a duck. Side note: go watch the original Caddyshack.
Biden, who just turned seventy-nine years old, had his advance rejected by a little girl. He also had a young whippersnapper calling him a "disgrace." All he wanted to do was go home to Delaware to eat ice cream and watch Golden Girls. But the people who control Biden made him give a speech instead. Maybe he was rushing and didn't realize he was reading stage directions out loud like a buffoon. Or maybe he's just old AF, and his (allegedly) dementia-ridden brain is completely tapioca. Judge for yourself.
