AOC, Who Quit Twitter, Returns to Twitter the Next Day to Mean-Girl Sen. Kyrsten Sinema

Tragedy struck the internet this week. Super popular social media influencer Rep. AOC quit Twitter this week. Shockwaves were sent throughout social media. How will the platform survive without Rep. AOC's brain nuggets in 280 characters or less? Exhale, AOC stans. Like most people who announced they quit Twitter, she came back the next day. Rep. AOC, who quit Twitter because "there is a lot of negativity on there," returned to Twitter to throw some negativity at Senator Kyrsten Sinema.

"Actually he should continue to make their lives as difficult as possible. [...] When they improve, maybe process can improve too. Why should we make the lives of obstructionists easier?"

I'm not sure what was going on in the Senate yesterday. To be honest, I've been distracted squeezing pageviews out of Whoopi Goldberg content. But apparently, there were a lot of votes. I guess, Chuck Schumer was being slow, and other senators were pissed.

Where Senator Kyrsten Sinema catches the vapers from Rep. AOC has to do with the social media influencer's side hustle as a member of Congress. Rep. AOC wanted a radical expansion of government that was every Democrat socialist's soggy dream come true. Sen. Sinema wanted a less radical expansion. Because Sinema had a slightly opposing viewpoint and wasn't bullied into changing her mind, that makes her an obstructionist. At least, in the eyes of Rep. AOC. Like many social media influencers, Rep. AOC is known for being overly dramatic and needing to calm down.

At the end of the day, mean-girling aside, at least Rep. AOC found her way back to Twitter, where all the haters are jealous they can't date her. Balance has returned to the internet.
