Joe Biden is kicking off Super Bowl weekend with the highest inflation rate since 1982. It's worse than experts had expected, sitting at a whopping 7.5%. Between inflation, Joe's party running from him like Ja'Marr Chase from a cornerback, and "that smell," I don't know what Lester Holt is going to talk to Biden about during their Super Bowl interview. Maybe they can discuss how much more expensive Bideninflation has made everyone's Super Bowl party.
What's funny here is that last July the White House tried taking credit for your 4th of July party being "less" expensive. Using that same logic, here's how much more expensive Biden's incompetence and the policies of the people who control Biden have made shopping this year:
Soda is up 12%
Chicken Wings are up 26%
Hamburger meat is up 17%
Pigs in a blanket are up 7%
Beer is up 4%.
As for the overall inflation rate, figure out what 7.5% of your annual salary is. Now subtract that from your annual salary. Joe Biden's incompetence making everything 7.5% more expensive is the (ballpark) equivalent of you receiving that much of a pay cut. It's no wonder even Democrats from communist strongholds like California and New York are starting to panic about the midterms.
As for the Super Bowl, it's a coin toss. On one hand, Joe Burrows took out the Chiefs after the Chiefs took out my Buffalo Bills and I'm petty. On the other hand, I'd love to see Mathew Stratford get a Super Bowl ring. He'd finally show the Detroit Lions how to win one. Get traded to a different team.
And since the Super Bowl is big on prop bets, the OVER/UNDER for the number of things Jen Psaki is going to be stuck responding "Ackshually, what the president meant to say..." to after the Biden/Holt interview is three.
