NBA's Jonathan Isaac has not made the personal medical decision that Joe Biden is demanding Americans make. Unlike fellow NBA star Andrew Wiggins who was forced into it because California is run by commies, Isaac plays for a Florida team. They still believe in personal freedom in the Republic of DeSantis. But like many private businesses being encouraged by Joe Biden, the NBA is making life miserable for people who don't get the shot. It's not mandatory. But if you choose not to get the shot, you're not allowed to do things like eat with your teammates or attend team functions. It's a practice that was once known as "segregation." You can still play basketball though. Because as "the science" teaches us, you can't catch or spread the 'rona while sweating and in close contact on the court. But you can catch or spread it at cocktail parties.
Isaac tells The Blaze's Allie Beth Stuckey that doesn't make a whole lot of sense.
"I don't know all of the regulations that have been laid out. ... I'm not allowed to go to like team functions. Or if the team is eating in a restaurant, I can't eat in the same room as them. To me, it just doesn't logically follow for us then to get on the court together. ...All of this is coming about talking about a virus was such a high survival rate."
Isaac explained his common-sense reasons for not wanting the shot in the press conference he mentions with Stuckey. Big Tech keeps changing the rules over what can be discussed on their platforms. But one of his reasons rhymes with schmatual schmunity. Isaac believes he's following science in his decisions. This goes against the narrative being set and what the left calls "the science." "The science" is another way of saying "unelected government bureaucrats" like Anthony Fauci and the CDC.
