There's no denying that we Americans can run into issues where divorce is concerned. Whether you're asking a pedophile king-pin for advice or warring with your soon-to-be ex-spouse over whether your child's life should be ruined or not, let's just say sh*t definitely seems to happen.

In Russia, however, things are certainly a bit messier. And creepier.

As reported by the New York Post, archery-biathlon champ Maria Korneeva, 29, allegedly stabbed her lover's stepson, 15-year-old Roman Fedulov, while attempting to carve a pentagram into his back. No, this is not the next installment of The Conjuring.

Don't start feeling bad for her lover, though. Apparently, Korneeva was working with the stepfather, Vladislav Tsykunov. Why? Turns out, Tsykunov was hoping to use some strange supernatural powers or spell or something to "get back with his ex-wife Elena Fedulova", and he enlisted the help of his young lover to get the job done.

The plan was to knock the boy on the head with a wrench to "stun" him and carve the occultist symbol into his back with a hunting knife. How this was meant to repair things with the ex-wife is unclear to those of us not suffering from severe mental and emotional instability, but that was the plan. Tsykunov claims that Korneeva went into the house to do the deed only to return to the car to inform him that she had killed the teen. When Tsykunov went to go see, the boy had been stabbed twice. So much for the bonk on the head. Both of these nutjobs have been arrested over the death of Fedulov.

Next to the bow and arrow wielding Norwegian and the absolute sh*t show that is Loudoun County, I don't know which makes my skin crawl more… The entire world is losing its ever-loving mind and needs to get its act together, sooner rather than later.
