Welcome to New York City. If you can make it here, you can make it anywhere. Just, you may not want to visually be Jewish (thanks Rep. AOC). Also, if you're an Asian cop, people are allowed to launch anti-Asian slurs at you with impunity. Two things are happening here. One is some good, old-fashioned lack of respect of the NYPD. The kind encouraged by NYC elected officials. The other is that this man doesn't appear to be a Trump supporter inspired by the former president accurately describing where the 'rona originated from. So the media won't care to "stop" Asian hate in this instance. Plus AAPI History Month has passed.
"You're not even from this country. You piece of sh*t! You f*ckin' c****!"
Rhymes with "sink." Or "think." Something this man clearly does not do.
"You f*ckin' c***! He's a c****! Get the f*ck outta here, you c***! Get the f*ck outta here!"
A bystander yelled at the man, informing him the words coming out of his mouth sounded pretty racist. You can guess what happened next.
"Black people can't be racist."
Then the man went with more generic insults, claiming he paid the cop's salary. See, he's a taxpayer. Therefore he's well within his constitutional rights to insult a man's ethnicity, race, and facial features. Again, if someone who isn't an alleged Trump supporter launched anti-Asian hate speech against an Asian-American, is it really hate?
Ten bucks say if the Asian cop responded, the media would be all about this story. Because it would help them push their other favorite narrative.
