As soon as the Virginia governor's race was conceded, the 2024 presidential race began. I've been saying that for weeks. I said it this week when Ron DeSantis, America's Governor, threw an elbow Biden's way. DeSantis proved my point less than twelve hours after Election Day. He didn't say the words "I am running for President," But he did say the words "The Brandon Administration."
This one is going to stick.
No, he is not talking about Brandon, Florida. CTRL+ALT+"Let's Go, Brandon" is what the media calls coded language for "F*ck Joe Biden." DeSantis's audience is obviously down with the code because the rest of the video goes something like this:
"Let's Go, Brandon! Clap clap! Clap clap clap!"
"Let's Go, Brandon! Clap clap! Clap clap clap!"
"Let's Go, Brandon! Clap clap! Clap clap clap!"
Dropping the mic on the Brandon Administration was not the only new material that America's Governor was working out this morning.
Republicans are waking up today with a blueprint in Gov-Elect Glenn Younkin on how to win in 2022 and 2024. Democrats are waking up to the harsh reality that Americans never liked them. Americans only barely liked Democrats more than they did Donald Trump. Americans care about the economy and education. Joe Biden and the people who control Joe Biden want to remake the economy and only care about the teachers' unions giving them millions and millions of dollars.
We're going to see someone who can do what Youngkin did: listen to the issues the voters most care about, take conservative policies that would improve their lives, and effectively sell them to middle-of-the-road and independent voters across the country. Everything I've seen about Ron DeSantis tells me he's that guy.
Plus, "The Brandon Administration" is really f*cking funny.
