Of Course! Liberal Mob Comes After Rittenhouse Trial Judge Bruce Schroeder

Of Course! Liberal Mob Comes After Rittenhouse Trial Judge Bruce Schroeder

I called it yesterday when I said the left would come for the presiding judge in the Rittenhouse trial, and the mob never disappoints. They watched the prosecution fall to pieces, Rittenhouse lecture the prosecution about gun laws, and heard the judge wreck the prosecution for misconduct and knew the trial wasn't going their way.

The final straw was the ringtone, I swear. The entire trial could have gone terribly, they must have thought, but as long as the judge was a woke libtard, they could still have a chance. But a woke libtard wouldn't have a patriotic song as his ringtone… It's time to tar and feather the man.

Pieces started going out yesterday afternoon attacking Judge Bruce Schroeder—upon whom I have bestowed the title Judge Awesome—pointing to his idiosyncratic, sometimes unorthodox style from the bench as reason for concern. Linking the issues, as expected, to matters of racial politics.

"The case draws together some of the most volatile elements of America's examination of race and criminal justice: White vigilantism, gun control and racial justice. In the home stretch of a nearly four-decade career on the bench, Schroeder's sometimes unorthodox rules are now receiving nationwide scrutiny."

What is this piece scrutinizing over? They point first to his rulings at the beginning of the Rittenhouse trial, in which he ruled the men Rittenhouse is charged with killing could not be called "victims" during the proceedings.

As an attorney who has practiced law in Kenosha for years said, "Whether the person is a victim is the very thing the prosecution has to prove."

What received far less media attention was the ruling that the defense also couldn't call them "looters" or "rioters" unless they presented evidence that proved they were, in fact, in the process of looting or rioting.

Judge Awesome also rule the prosecution could not present evidence attempting to link Rittenhouse to the Proud Boys, an obvious attempt to paint the boy as a white supremacist—even though there are minority members of the Proud Boys.

The piece goes on to explain how the judge ruled inadmissible a letter in a murder trial years ago. A letter subsequently allowed in after an appeal to the state supreme court. Maybe people quit reading after that, but the judge was proven correct when a recent decision overturned the verdict in that particular case, ruling the letter should have never been entered in as evidence. Judge Awesome was correct, and that's why he's awesome.

They point to several other rulings they don't much like. It's all more or less a smear.

And if the media isn't successful in destroying this fair and impartial man, the Twitter mob is going to try their best.

We can only hope the judge stays the course and remains the same level-headed and fair judge he's been thus far. Pray the leftist mob doesn't break him like so many who've come before.
