There will be no victory dances for the Biden administration just yet. He and his power-hungry administration are going to have to hold off on instituting the grossly overreaching and unconstitutional vaccine mandate cram-down.
On Saturday, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals issued a temporary freeze on the new OSHA vaccine mandate, allowing the government until Monday to respond. The freeze comes in response to a lawsuit filed by 27 states arguing the OSHA-enforced vaccine mandate is "unconstitutional overreach!"
Additionally, a group of 25 attorneys general and a solicitor general filed suit in the Sixth Circuit Court, arguing that OSHA doesn't even have the "constitutional or statutory authority to implement" and enforce the mandate.
The would be left-wing dictatorship that is the Biden administration is going to have a fight on their hands. America has had enough of their liberty and rights being slowly chipped away.
The two actions by state entities comes as several private businesses subject to the mandate also file suits of their own. Notably, Ben Shapiro of the Daily Wire announced that they would not be complying with the mandate, filing a lawsuit of their own almost immediately after news broke of the mandate and its text.

Our government would use the COVID-19 pandemic against us and for their benefit as a means by which to consolidate power at the federal level and control us down at the bottom. America isn't going to let that slide. Ladies and gentlemen, this is how to fight like hell.
