Liberal cities are lawless dystopias. Criminals run through the streets doing as they wish without little to no repercussions, and when they are arrested, they are quickly let free to continue doing what they want, regardless of the damage it does to the community.
Take, for example, this incident in which several people bash in the windows of a jewelry store, stealing anything and everything they could quickly get their hands on. Keep in mind, just yesterday, Jen Psaki said the president blames the rise in crime on the pandemic.

This is Los Angeles. And this is becoming a daily occurrence!
So, as smash-and-grab robberies ravage states like California, one would think the government would want to get a handle on the situation. Maybe get more cops on the streets, arrest these pieces of sh!t, and throw them in little concrete and barred cells for some time, so they can really think about what kind of useless bastards they are. That might be what people concerned with law and order might do, but not the leaders in these leftist cities.
In LA, people arrested for smash-and-grab robberies are quickly released, either on little bail or no bail whatsoever!
Leftist bail reform has led to many results, none of which are good for the country. LA is currently letting people get away with stealing whatever isn’t nailed down, but in other areas of the country, such moronic policies are literally getting people killed.
