Elon Musk was named 2021's Time Magazine Person of the Year. I'm not suddenly going to pretend that the POTY matters. However, you know the left is going to go bananas over this. They have a habit of freaking out whenever anyone who has a platform uses it to disagree with them. Musk is a billionaire who thinks he should be allowed to keep his money. Liberals hate that and, I'm sure, will make sure Musk trends all day.
Time just made the announcement an hour ago. This is only the early returns of angry Twitter fingers.

I'm not sure if "eww" is a criticism of Musk, or a reference to Time Magazine highlighting Elon's poop tweets: "Lately, Elon Musk also likes to live-tweet his poops... 'Just dropping some friends off at the pool,' and after an interval—21 minutes: 'Splish splash.'" This person claims to be a Bernie alum. No doubt when Sanders wakes up, he's going to have thoughts about his arch-nemesis.
No, that was 2019 when they named Greta Thunberg the "Person of the Year" for her stunning achievement of telling liberals what they want to hear and not being Donald Trump.
I'm sure there were some sciency reasons, like renewable energy and robots and space travel and stuff. But if he did get it for trolling and memes, it will be well deserved. Musk deserves a Nobel Snark Prize for what he said about Democrat Senator Ron Wyden. And his meme about Jack Dorsey getting pushed out of Twitter was inspired.
Elon Musk is the Person of the Year. It could have been worse, though. Time could have gone with Joe Biden.
