Big Tech loves themselves some diversity, just so long as you agree with them on every issue in the exact way they want you too. Not unlike white people telling black cops that black lives matter, just not their black lives (see WHITE LEFTIST GETS BTFO'D LECTURING BLACK COP ON RACISM and THIS PORTLAND POLICE OFFICER CONFIRMS WHAT WE KNOW: THE REAL PROBLEM IS WHITE LIBERALS). As Ryan Long shows at Diversity Corp., diversity is the most important thing in hiring someone. Just not when it comes to opinions.
