After supposedly violating one of YouTube's ever-changing and often opaque policies, Steven explains just how ridiculous the situation actually is.

"We got a hard YouTube strike, and here's the crazy thing: it's not a strike against the channel, to be clear. It's a strike against me, Steven Crowder." Not only can Steven not post to the channel to which YouTube applied the strike, but he also <a href="https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/steven-crowder-suspended-you-tube" target="_self">can't upload to any of the other channels</a>, because that would be a "bypass". "So, it's not a punishment for the channel […] In my case, it has been very clearly communicated, several times, 'No, no, no. It's you. You the human are not allowed on the platform, regardless of channels that haven't violated the policy […] I would argue, look, it's a clear example of targeting wrongthink." The show that received the strike from YouTube—"<a href="https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/show-notes-alex-jones" target="_self">Special Guest ALEX JONES on 'Great Reset' & Joe Rogan TRIGGERS Leftists AGAIN!</a>"—was posted weeks ago. During the show, there was a brief discussion about an actual news report about a female prison inmate being impregnated by a transgender inmate. The discussion was followed by a sketch in which an angel appears to a female prisoner and explains that she will be raped and impregnated by her "male" cellmate. Explaining the sketch, Gerald points out, "We're seeing an instance, a rise of male transition to female, asking for a transfer. Do you think they're going into the cells and asking the ladies if they would like to have sex with a transgender person? You think that's what's happening? Because that's the only other option there." Steven goes on to read the email sent to Louder with Crowder counsel Bill Richmond ESQ, in which YouTube counsel writes that the video in question "indicat[es] that trans people pose a rape threat to women." "Let me be clear about something here, okay. I have never said that all transgender people are rapists […] I've never said that because I don't believe that." Steven points to a discussion on the show yesterday about the recent developments surrounding the alleged <a href="https://www.louderwithcrowder.com/loudoun-county-school-board-dad" target="_self">rape of a female student in Loudoun County</a>. Though Steven makes a point to be clear, he didn't even call the alleged assailant transgender—he said "bisexual boy wearing a skirt"—the point was that biological males allowed into female-only spaces pose a threat to those women and girls. In light of the Loudoun County incident, this has become an even more serious issue, and a hundred or so parents lined up to voice their concerns. "You absolutely need to be able to broadly make the argument that policies that involve transgender individuals in female's room can pose a rape threat to women. Why? If you're not, you're not allowed to oppose policy at all. Those parents were up there saying or prepared to say—I don't know how many were allowed to speak, if any—'Hey, I have a problem with this proposed policy because I think it could pose a rape threat to my little girls.' […] Now, if those parents voiced those concerns on YouTube, on Facebook: Banned. Silenced." The Thought Police over at Big Tech is shutting down the exchange of ideas.
