Tulsi Gabbard Introduces Bill BANNING Biological Men from Women's Sports

There's a debate in this country. Should biological men be allowed to compete in girls' sports? Here's South Park with a more in-depth explainer. There shouldn't be a debate. But, you know. One side thinks it's unfair and robs real girls of opportunities. The other side thinks that side are a bunch of transphobes. Transgenders remain #1 on the left's pound-for-pound most marginalized rankings. Women keep dropping in the ranks. It may have something to do with the way they keep voting for Donald Trump.

The debate took a turn as Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard — a DEMOCRAT — has introduced a bipartisan bill saying biological men should only do sports against other biological men. The Protect Women's Sports Act takes a look at Title IX and how the congresswoman feels it's being misinterpreted.

Title IX is being weakened by some states who are misinterpreting Title IX, creating uncertainty, undue hardship and lost opportunities for female athletes. Our legislation protects Title IX's original intent which was based on the general biological distinction between men and women athletes based on sex. It is critical that the legacy of Title IX continues to ensure women and girls in sports have the opportunity to compete and excel on a level playing field.

We go now to live coverage of Nancy Pelosi addressing Tulsi at the congressional Democrat luncheon:

Gabbard is turning into the John McCain of the Democrat Party. No, I don't mean that as an insult. McCain was every Democrat's favorite Republican. He'd be willing to cross the aisle no matter how many in his party he pissed off. Tulsi is going down the same path. She's also introduced bipartisan legislation removing Big Tech's Section 230 protections. The congresswoman is also an absolute smokeshow. That has nothing to do with the legislation. I just wanted it said.

Where the bill goes is anyone's guess. You would assume nowhere since Democrats still control the House. Though there are some who feel Pelosi LOST seats because of her party being on the wrong side of the culture war. Could enough Democrats in competitive districts sign on? Stay tuned.
