Five Things You Need to Know About Igor Danchenko’s Arrest Over the Fraudulent Steele Dossier

UPDATE: Title has been changed because Brodigan confused Russain sounding names.
Many Americans new from the beginning that the allegations leveled against former president Donald Trump of colluding with Russians were ridiculous. And the farce that was the Mueller investigation only demonstrated as much when the attempt to impeach the president crashed and burned worse than the Hindenburg. But the lie persisted, fueled by an irrational, unmitigated hatred felt by the left and the media (but I repeat myself).
But now, thanks to the investigation performed by John Durham, light is being shed on the lies , and it's just as bad as many of us thought. Here are five things you need to know:
VIDEOSteele dossier source Danchenko leaves courthouse on $100k bond | USA youtu.be
1.)The foundation upon which the entire dossier was built was the false testimony of Igor Danchenko, who lied to investigators . He had told the FBI that he received a phone call from a person he thought was the "president of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce" and that this person informed him of a "well-developed 'conspiracy of cooperation' between the Trump Campaign and Russian Officials." It was all bullsh!t.
2.)Danchenko was introduced to Steele by Fiona Hill , who formerly worked as the top Russia expert on the National Security council during Trump's presidency. Hill has previously lied then during testimony before the House Intelligence Committee:
"I have no knowledge whatsoever of how [Steele] developed that dossier, none."
Hill is now a senior fellow at the Brookings Institute.
3.)Danchenko was informed of some of the allegations he reported by a public relations executive who served as an advisor to Hillary Clinton's 2008 campaign , and he knew this was the case. This PR executive was introduced to Danchenko through Fiona Hill. So, not only did the Clinton campaign fund the dossier , it also fed information into it.
4.)Danchenko's duplicity was known to investigators in 2017 , meaning all of the usual suspects—Comey , Mueller , Strzok , and McCabe—all knew the dossier was a complete sham , yet they continued with their "investigation" anyway, wasting time and taxpayer money, and providing the basis for the impeach that would later come.
5.)The outlet that initially released the dossier, Buzzfeed, has yet to comment on the fact that the entire thing was nothing but a farce.
Certainly, as more information comes out of the Durham investigation, there will be more people brought to answer for this crime perpetrated on the American people. Or, at least, that's the hope.
