This 12-Year-Old Brought a Toy Gun to a VIRTUAL Class. The School Suspended Him ...

This is absolutely f***ing insane. It's bad enough that teachers who are more woke leftist union twats than they are teacher don't want to teach in person (see IOWA TEACHERS SET A NEW STANDARD OF COVID STUPIDITY. IT INVOLVES OBITUARIES ... and LA TEACHERS UNION WILL ONLY REOPEN SCHOOLS IF WE ... ELIMINATE CHARTER SCHOOLS AND DEFUND THE POLICE). Now they want to control what is in your home during virtual lessons. Which for one 12-year-old, means his favorite zombie-hunting sidearm.

Yes, zombies are fake. As is the gun. As is this teacher's grasp on reality.

For them to go as extreme as suspending him for five days, sending the police out, having the police threaten to press charges against him because they want to compare the virtual environment to the actual in-school environment is insane.

The teacher said she assumed the gun — that was neon green and had the word ZOMBIE HUNTER on it — was fake, but she wasn't sure. Because the fact that the gun was neon green and HAD THE F***ING WORDS "ZOMBIE HUNTER" WRITTEN ON IT wasn't a clear giveaway. So the teacher called the cops on the kid and his family. As opposed to, say, a two-minute phone call with the parents. I can only assume the teacher is tenured. Otherwise, she should be unemployed right now.

But most importantly, it needs to be said ... that is one impressive Nerf arsenal. Any 12-year-old should show that off with pride and revel in the jealousy of his classmates. I'm jealous of it. Also, the gun cabinet the kid's father built for him implies a respect for firearms, which is invaluable for everyone to have, let alone to pass down to your kids.
