The Louisville Cop Shot by Protesters Was Back at Work the Next Day and Received an Emotional Response

The Louisville Cop Shot by Protesters Was Back at Work the Next Day and Received an Emotional Response

On Tuesday almost immediately after the grand jury results were read regarding the case of Breonna Taylor, the woman who was caught in the crossfire after her boyfriend opened fire on cops, the Biden supporters assembled outside started to peacefully protest as they usually do (see A U-HAUL TRUCK JUST DROPPED OFF SUPPLIES FOR BREONNA TAYLOR 'PROTESTERS' IN LOUISVILLE and CHARLES BARKLEY COURAGEOUSLY TELLS THE TRUTH ABOUT BREONNA TAYLOR). Violently.

Two cops were shot, both of whom will thankfully be okay. One, Major Aubrey Gregory, was back at work less than 24 hours later. And his brothers and sisters gave him this emotional welcome.

Last night, two LMPD officers were shot in the line of duty during our response to the local protests. We're happy to share this short video of Majory Gregory, walking in to one of our roll calls less than 24 hours after being shot.

Side note, respect for the "Nobody Cares, Work Harder" sweatshirt. Whether it's an intentional message or just a cleaning hoodie he pulled out of the drawer, it's great advice we can all stand to hear.

The real message sent was him showing for roll call the day after getting shot. Obviously he's not going back into the field yet. But these anti-cop, Biden/Harris-supporting rioters aren't going to scare or bully the police away from doing their jobs. Especially when if I were to guess, more than a few of the "peaceful protesters" weren't from Louisville and don't know Breonna Taylor from Taylor Swift.

Prayers to Major Gregory and the other officer shot for a speedy recovery.
