There was an incident involving police and a Rochester man five months ago. What we know is that the man was having a mental episode, was put in a "spit hood" after saying he had COVID and kept spitting at the officers, and died of "complications of asphyxia." It hit the news recently after the body cam footage was released. And apparently to help with the investigation, protestors decided to mostly peacefully riot and terrorize people at restaurants.
