This seems like many moons ago, but there was a Florida douchebag dressed as the grim reaper to protest people leaving their house to go to the beach. See, leaving the house was literally going to kill your grandmother with the coronavirus. People were being selfish and reckless to want to do things like "leave their house" or "provide for their family." For some reason, people going to the beach really upset people. As opposed to, say, people using the New York City subway system.
Sure, he has a mask on ... but I spy with my little eye people behind him who don't. They sure as hell aren't standing at least six feet apart from each other. Which is fine. I don't have a problem with people protesting. But I also don't have a problem with people choosing to leave their house to go back to work. Or attend church or attend a funeral. Yet the people spewing vile hatred toward the people who questioned the stay-at-home orders all of a sudden think it's "worth the risk" just so they can hold up signs and chant about defunding the police, as long as you don't say they want to defund the police, because when they say "defund the police," they don't really mean defund the police.
I support you if you want to leave your house to protest. But eat a dick if you don't support me leaving the house to provide for my loved ones.
