We need to pass police reform now, unless the Democrat Party can score political points by not passing police reform. That's the message from Chuck Schumer and especially Nancy Pelosi. Black lives don't actually matter to them, only virtue-signaling. Sen. Tim Scott has been working to pass the JUSTICE Act, aka the police reform everyone says we need. He's also been dealing with attacks from racist liberals for it, which sadly is nothing new for the senator (see TIM SCOTT UNLOADS ON RACIST ATTACKS. COMING FROM LEFTISTS! and OUCH: SENATOR TIM SCOTT PUTS RACIST LIBERALS TO SHAME ON SENATE FLOOR...).
Finally, Democrats stopped pretending today and are refusing a vote on Scott's bill. Or refusing a vote on opening a debate on Scott's bill. You know, how Democracy works. The senator is pissed.
The Democrat Party doesn't think black lives matter, all lives matter, all black lives matter, or any lives matter, unless they are lives that they can score points off of or use to consolidate power. It's about time all lives started opening their eyes to that. And Republicans stepped up to be an actual alternative.
