Terry Crews Refuse to Apologize for Saying Whites and Blacks Should Talk to Each Other
Brodigan - June 21, 2020 at 07:26AM
Terry Crews stepped into what some called a controversy recently when, right as the riots and #DefundThePolice movement was starting, had the wacky opinion that white people and black people should talk to each other . Most of the outrage focused on him using the words "black supremacy." What usually happens here when someone commits the crime of wrong speak is that they are forced to apologize and/or cut a check to someone. Instead, Crews doubled down and explained in more detail what he meant.

In Black America, we have gatekeepers. We have people who decided who is going to be black and who is not. And simply because I have a mixed race wife have been discounted from the conversation. I've been called all sorts of things like an "Uncle Tom" simply because I'm successful. Simply because I worked my way out of Flint, Michigan. The problem with that is, black people have different views. When you're white, you can be republican or libertarian or democrat. But if you're black you need to be one thing. Even Joe Biden said, "if you don't vote for me, you ain't even black ."
Only having one acceptable opinion isn't even limited to race. It's the left's schtick for everything. You can't only support abortion up until the first trimester, you have to support it up until the mother starts to go into labor. People who are alive today because of the 2nd amendment aren't allowed to be heard when the left is trying to attack gun rights. Even with COVID, questioning some of what we've been told isn't allowed even though what we've been told keeps changing. The only acceptable opinion is what the scientists said that week. The left tries to control the conversation by preventing a conversation in the first place.
If you want to know who is serious about finding solutions to our problems, it's the people who are willing to talk to people who disagree with them about those problems.
