You may find yourself wondering why you should care that leftist twits are tearing down statues in leftist cities. Well, maybe not you specifically, because reading this obviously makes you smarter than the average person. But I'm sure you have a leftist friend who thinks this is just MAGA Americans making a big deal out of nothing (see ANTIFA VIOLENTLY ATTACKS MAN TRYING TO DEFEND STATUE and PURGING HISTORY ISN'T 'WOKE,' IT'S STUPID. DANGEROUSLY STUPID...). "You're just a stupid cis white male thinking stupid cis white male things. Also, something something raaaaaaaaacist." Fair point. Don't listen to me. Listen to Elizabeth Rogliani, who at the very least isn't male or white. She's from Venezuela and has seen this movie before. SPOILER: It stinks!
Contrary to what the Democrat Party wants you to believe, Americans aren't overreacting because Tucker Carlson tells us to. If anything, people are under-reacting, because these people are straight-up honest about who they are. The people who are supporting tearing down statues have already made it clear they support rewriting history books, canceling art, and otherwise silencing anything that disagrees with them about anything ever for any reason. The leftists who support these things have also made it clear who their political heroes are. We've seen what happened and STILL HAPPENS in those countries.
If you don't want to listen to me, that's cool. At least listen to people like Elizabeth who have not only lived through it, but came here because of how horrible it was in the country where these kinds of shenanigans took place.
