Trina Taylor is a radio host in Miami. Like many people, she's been in lockdown. Like many people, she's frustrated. This isn't me putting words into her mouth, I am summarizing what she said on her broadcast Wednesday with Trick Daddy. The two were discussing the riots around the country, then zeroed in on Miami. Trina Taylor seems to have had enough of this nonsense, and threw down on the rioters calling them animals who're acting like they've escaped from a zoo. Her words, not my words. But she's onto something. Trick Daddy told her to be careful over her words, and Trina slapped him around saying she's a grown woman and she'll say what she pleases.
Basically, Trina has gained a new fan.

Now bearing in mind my skin is of a light white nature, especially the region which hasn't seen the sun since the middle of 2018, and bearing in mind my experience in the world has been one of country-living, suburbs, and first world problems, how is Trina wrong in her assessment of who is rioting, why they're rioting, and the damage their causing in the riots?
As we've said from go, what happened to George Floyd was wrong. The end. But how is beating innocent people an answer to what Derek Chauvin did? How is scoring a big screen then shooting David Dorn an answer to what happened to George Floyd?
Yet there was Trick Daddy saying people are angry and frustrated, as if an excuse for burning businesses and killing innocent people.
Trina also nailed the "black lives matter" when those black lives are taken by other black men. Basically Trina was loaded and ready for bear and wasn't having the excuses being thrown about not just by media, but by her fellow hosts.
More power to her. She doesn't sound like she needs encouragement to stand strong against the litany of haters in her mentions. So I'm not going to offer it to her. But I am going to applaud her for speaking out for what is right and what is true when truth right now isn't popular.
