As the war wages in Ukraine, US lawmakers have finally begun to realize we cannot attempt to sanction Russia into ending their attack while simultaneously funding their war effort through importing massive amounts of oil. And though Biden might be too mushy-brained to put two and two together, there are still a few functioning brain cells in Congress.
Representative Mike Turner (R-OH) told Newsmax on Friday that there are “absolutely veto-proof majorities” in the House and Senate to end the importation of Russian oil.
