Food shortages are coming to the grocery store, big-box club, or bodega near you. And you can blame Vladimir Putin for invading Ukraine. That is the message Joe Biden conveyed on behalf of the G20 on Thursday. Or, at least, he tried. He's Joe Biden. Words and coherent thoughts don't want to be his friend anymore.
