LIA THOMAS: The University of Pennsylvania swimmer has broken a plethora of school and Ivy League records since moving from the men’s to the women’s team.
Thomas has the top times in the NCAA women’s 200- and 500-meter freestyle.
If she was competing in the men’s division she would have the 893rd best 200-meter time and the 501st best 500-meter time.
LAUREL HUBBARD: New Zealand weightlifter Laurel Hubbard won two gold medals at the Pacific Games and was on track to dominate the sport until a serious injury. SOURCE: Wired

And according to the International Olympic Committee’s guidelines, Laurel Hubbard only needs to demonstrate that her total testosterone level in serum has been below 288ng/dL for at least 12 months prior to her first competition.
