2020 was supposed to be a great year for progressives. Voters were going to deliver them and their agenda an overwhelming mandate. If you take away the presidential race (still in dispute), voters did deliver an overwhelming mandate. They overwhelmingly said they think progressives and their agenda suck. Republicans gained seats in the House and are on target to hold the Senate. Leftists didn't flip a single state legislature. They even lost ground in California and the Northeast. Rough night, one you could easily blame on the policies that leftists rallied behind (see CHUCK SCHUMER MAY HAVE COST DEMOCRATS THE SENATE MAJORITY RANTING ABOUT GEORGIA and CLUELESS NANCY PELOSI SAYS SHE 'WON THE WAR' AFTER LOSING OVER TEN SEATS IN THE HOUSE).
Some progressives, led by Rashida Tlaib, appear to want to place the blame somewhere else and are lashing out at centrist Democrats.
