Influencer Offered Nudes for Biden Votes, Now She’s Legally Exposed

The internet has brought me a decent career over the years, but every so often I'm reminded that social media was a colossal mistake. It's usually accompanied by the stabby feeling I get whenever I hear the word "influencer" (see THIS IS THE WORST BLACK LIVES MATTER INFLUENCER YOU'RE EVER GOING TO SEE and INFLUENCER MAKES BOYFRIEND TAKE HER PHOTO IN FRONT OF A SMASHED STOREFRONT). Today was one of those days, where I was introduced to vital social issues n' stuff thot leader Tana Mongeau. Who decided to get involved in politics by offering her thirsty audience naked pictures if they showed proof that they voted for Joe Biden.

Here's the rub, though (pun totally intended). Turns out nudes for votes might be illegal. Please credit or blame the folks at Outkick for bringing this story to our attention in the first place.

Turns out there is an "Expenditures to influence voting" provision in US election law that says you can't be doing this. Whether Nudes for Biden falls under this provision, there is a reason why election law attorneys make our very own Half Asian Lawyer Bill Richmond seem affordable. Money didn't change hands, but do nudes count as currency? Inquiring minds need to know. If for no other reason than just simply, bewbs.

Speaking of which, I like chesticles as much as the next guy. As do most women as well. If there is one thing we can all agree on, it's that breasts are fun and enjoyable for everyone. But if you aren't getting to see them IRL on the regular and are seriously that desperate, is it worth being the guy who voted for Biden just to see a funbag or two? It's the internet. Photos of them are not that hard to find.
