Donald Trump crushed it at Thursday's debate. Really, my only complaint was that this wasn't the Trump we saw a few weeks ago. He sometimes seems more focused on speaking to his MAGAsexual fanbois than he is the American people as a whole. On Thursday night, he spoke to all voters. This was the president we need to hear from for the next twelve days or so.
To be clear, being a — for lack of a better phrase — more "normal" president doesn't mean he stops being Trump. My dude still threw many an elbow at Joe Biden the way only Trump does.
