To paraphrase Toby Ziegler, I don't want to risk the wrath of the whatever from high atop the thing and jinx things by saying Amy Coney Barrett has this in the bag. Yes, in my personal opinion, she is the rightful heir to Ruth Bader Ginsburg. But until the Senate confirms her, we need to let the process play out and not jinx ourselves. But I am stanning her hardcore so far, and her response to what her family has been and will continue to be put through is a reason why (see A NEW AD IS DEFENDING AMY CONEY BARRETT AGAINST DEMOCRATS' ANTI-CATHOLIC 'BIGOTRY' and LIBERALS ATTACKED AMY CONEY BARRETT FOR ADOPTING BLACK CHILDREN, AND THE HODGETWINS AREN'T HAVING IT!).
Judge Barrett knew the attacks were coming and responded to them.
