U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson recently decreed that live venues must ask patrons their V-word status. If they refuse or haven't gotten their "Maxines," they are unable to enter the venues. Rock legend Eric Clapton tells Boris Johnson he can suck on a Stratocaster. Clapton then made a declaration of his own.
