We have a contender for mother of the year. People can get a little overzealous about others wearing masks. Yes, the CDC does say you should wear them. Though, I hope we all can agree that chasing people around stores or dumping water on them may not be the best behavior. We should ALL agree that striking a child for not wearing a mask is not. One newly incarcerated mother needs to learn that lesson herself.
The caller said she did it because the children tested positive for coronavirus and weren't wearing masks.
Police tell 12 News the children are between the ages of 5 and 14 years-old and they did not need to go to the hospital after the incident.
When approached by officers, court docs say Boone did not respond to instructions and when officers tried to place her under arrest, she resisted, was taken to the ground, and was tased by officers.
Unfortunately, I was unable to find the video of her getting tased. After hearing she beat her kids for not wearing masks, that would be fun to watch.
To be fair, this wasn't the first time police have been called to this mother's house. She has been arrested before on similar charges, and police have been called to her house twice. So this isn't a single incident from an overzealous mask advocate who may watch too much CNN. The woman is just a wretched waste of human existence. It also makes you wonder why her kids were still with her in the first place.
As a side note, the woman claiming parents being stressed leads to them abusing their kids? Keep her away from children too. Parents who abuse their children don't need to find other ways to relieve their stress. They need to not abuse their children. If not, lots of us are stressed out and can use a release. I say we start with these parents.
I pray the kids are okay. They get over the COVID quickly. The abuse is more damaging and much more serious.
