Most people join the force to get the bad guys off of the streets: the murderers, the rapists, the pedophiles. I doubt many of them thought the "bad guy" would ever be a small business owner looking to provide for his family. Police officer and special forces veteran Greg Anderson has become something of a social media star this week, thanks to this address to his brothers and sisters on the job.

With a crime?</blockquote> Personally speaking, I think/hope most cops agree with him. Some will begrudgingly arrest people when they are left with no other choices. Some are just complete buttheads about it. But most of them don't view husbands and wives and parents looking to provide for their families and allow their employees to provide for their families as the bad guys. The politicians passing the laws? That's a different story. They're the bad guys. They'll also throw a cop under the bus if they can score a single political point for it. But as more and more business owners decide to go back to work anyway, most police officers will agree with Officer Anderson.
