Police Approach Dallas Salon Owner who Wouldn't Comply with 'Non-Essential' Work Order

Police Approach Dallas Salon Owner who Wouldn't Comply with 'Non-Essential' Work Order

Moments ago I published a story about two Wisconsin police officers turned statists, who berated a mother for violating a stay-at-home order by allowing her CHILD to play with another child. That was awful. Well here's another instance of awful. A Dallas-area (yes, Texas) salon owner opened up her business so she could survive. The police, camera men and maybe a representative (it's hard to tell this early) approached her place of business to issue a restraining order. Seriously, America. What the actual hell?

The government failed Shelley, the government is still failing Shelley. But now her own fellow citizens are failing Shelley.

For more background on Shelley, she recently called into Glenn Beck's program. I don't care what you think about Glenn Beck, so put aside your remarks for a second and look at the big picture here. Listen to Shelley tell her story before you accuse me of hating old people.

This isn't the America I want. This is barely America anymore. We cannot allow this, we cannot continue down this road. There is absolutely no way you, the person sitting behind a computer or phone, can justify police action like this, over a disease that just isn't as bad as you may want it to be.

We are in seriously scary territory here, people. The kind of control police and government is exercising should frighten you far more than the COVID-19 flu.
