California doctors say COVID-19 IS like the Flu. Open the country already!
Courtney Kirchoff - April 27, 2020 at 07:12PM

Listen up, America: it should be great news that COVID-19 isn't as bad as the initial models predicted. Hard stop. The data is in, the kung flu isn't nearly as deadly as the pandemic pornographers hoped. So why are we still closed? Why is the country still shut down? These are questions you must ask yourselves regardless of your To Wear a Mask or Not attitude. Dr. Erickson and Dr. Massihi from Kern County, California, sat down with the press to discuss what he has found about COVID-19 and to go over data that is readily available to absolutely everyone: millions of infection, very low rates of death. These are real doctors seeing real patients. They are not academics sitting in ivory towers. These real doctors are calling to open up the country, and that "sheltering in place" may have made this sucker worse.

Have an open mind and watch:

Dr. Erickson COVID-19 Briefing, Pt. 2 youtu.be

"If you listen to the word safe, that's about controlling you."

Damn right, sir. This whole COVID-19 pandemic reaction has always been about control. OPINION: Coronavirus Panic is a Trojan Horse for Socialism.

Spread these videos far and wide. Egos be damned. Real lives are at risk not just from COVID-19, but our reaction to it. The country needs to open. It never should've closed. Ever.

Data suggests the 'crazy science deniers' may have been right to compare coronavirus to the flu

Data suggests the 'crazy science deniers' may have been right to compare coronavirus to the flu
Tarah Price - April 27, 2020 at 06:34PM

Unpopular theory: "patriotic" Americans who've supported bringing our economy to a halt are an eye-opener. Who would have thought the United States would be a nation that force able-bodied adults inside their own homes to "slow the spread" of a virus?

Those who dared ask questions surrounding COVID-19 were met with mobs who decided they are science deniers or worse — hysterical fools.

Hysterical? For requiring evidence and a good reason for going along with the destruction of everything we have build? Because forcing Americans inside and shutting down the economy wasn't hysterical?

And let's not forget what happened when we compared coronavirus to the flu!

A great T-shirt idea: "Don't compare COVID-19 to the flu if you know what's good for ya."

OK, maybe not a great T-shirt idea. To compare COVID-19 to the flu based on data is a fair comparison when compared to the original models being used to determine the projected mortality rate.

Here's a reasonable theory that could explain why Americans cling to the notion that COVID-19 is the worst pandemic of our lifetime: Ego and fear may render it too painful to admit our country watched the U.S. economy plummet over something comparable to the flu.

Americans were promised a major pandemic. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other reporting institutions continue to keep their promise to the American people. The CDC now combines the mortality rate to reflect COVID-19, flu, and pneumonia deaths together.

Steven Crowder broke down the numbers on Monday's "Good Morning Mug Club" and gave his take on how the mob has treated us "science deniers."

New Jersey Teacher Hopes these Students Die of COVID-19

New Jersey Teacher Hopes these Students Die of COVID-19
Brodigan - April 27, 2020 at 12:30PM

Growing up, it was always weird seeing your teachers outside of school. I remember one time I saw my senior English teacher shopping at the same CD store my friends and I frequented. Like he was a real person who enjoyed music. To you zoomers, a "CD" was a piece of plastic we used to shoot with a laser and embed with music. Google it.

While seeing your teacher doing normal things was odd, having one wish death on me and my friends as we played football would be somewhat more abnormal. But we live in abnormal times. Karen, you may want to call your union rep.

Andrew Cuomo Announces Testing to Reopen New York. His Plan is Horrible.

Andrew Cuomo Announces Testing to Reopen New York. His Plan is Horrible.
Brodigan - April 27, 2020 at 12:18PM

Andrew Cuomo has started to lay out of a plan for how to reopen New York. Now that the curve has been flattened for the most part. Also, because you can't keep the economy shut down forever and ever. A lot is based on increased testing, which is good. Testing is smart. Testing is how we understand the virus, what it does, and how to cure it. However Cuomo's plan, at least in its current form, is a reminder that the word “cuomo" is actually a Sicilian word that means “leftist asshole." (see ANDREW CUOMO TO UNEMPLOYED PROTESTERS: GO BECOME ESSENTIAL [VIDEO] and CNN WANTS YOU TO BELIEVE CHRIS CUOMO HAS JUST COME OUT OF QUARANTINE. THIS TIMELINE PROVES OTHERWISE...)

To be fair, testing isn't the only factor that will decided when and how the Empire State reopens. But there are two specific parts of the overall testing plan that I would like to offer a rebuttal.

You also will be asked who you have come into personal contact with and to what extent. At least some of those people may be told to quarantine as well.

Eat a dick.

“Local health departments will typically require some kind of daily monitoring, including phone calls, texts or even an in-person visit."

Eat a dick.

This is where we pump the breaks. Need us to stay at home? Sure. I love the brave people on the front lines and don't hate old people. Wear a mask when I go shopping? It's not a horrible idea plus it lets me pretend that I'm a bandito or a ninja.

Having the government demand I give them a list of known associates is a hard pass. Telling me that I need to check in with them every day as I go about my day, you're not my parole officer and I didn't commit a crime by getting a cough with a temperature, or even worse, knowing someone who had a cough with a temperature.

We've finally reached the line. Or at least reached my line. This whole time, I thought there was a lot of what I felt was “civil liberty theater." Where people had a 50/50 guess and just said the opposite of what “they" told us because it was good for their brand. I'm happy to admit if I was wrong there. I'd like to think that a government openly talking about tracking you is the point where even middle of the road people say is way too far.

Worse, I'm afraid to find out how many friends and neighbors are actually ok going along with this.

Revel in the Hypocrisy of Joe Biden Rejecting a Donation from Louis C.K.

Revel in the Hypocrisy of Joe Biden Rejecting a Donation from Louis C.K.

You can almost file this one under "Yeah, I've got nothing." But some time after Super Tuesday, disgraced but still hilarious comedian Louis C.K. maxed out a donation to Joe Biden, a donation that the Biden campaign has since returned. No specific reason why they returned the donation. But I think you know that I know that you know that I know there's a safe assumption why.

The 2020 presidential campaign for former Vice President Joe Biden has returned a $2,800 donation from disgraced comedian Louis C.K., a Biden campaign official confirmed to The Times on Thursday.C.K., who has acknowledged and apologized for sexually harassing five women, made the donation early last month as Biden was picking up steam in the primary elections.
No additional information was given about the Biden campaign's decision. And C.K. did not immediately respond to The Times' request for comment.

Hey, remember when Joe Biden raped someone? I'm sorry. I mean allegedly raped someone (see NYT Deletes Tweet About the Sexual Assault Charge Against Joe Biden and Joe Biden Put on Blast by …'To Catch a Predator's' Chris Hansen?! [VIDEO]). Joe Biden deserves due process over something that allegedly happened a long, long time ago. Unlike, say, Brett Kavanaugh. Or Louis C.K.

Don't get it twisted. Biden does deserve due process over the accusation. Just like both Louis and Kavanaugh do. But I don't make the rules here. The Left makes the rules. I'm just playing along. I just wish there were truth-tellers or firefighters that could challenge Joe Biden on this. An institution of people whose sole purpose is to hold our elected leaders accountable. Sadly, that's not the world we live in.

Unless Joe Biden were a Republican.

This Videos Says What We All Think About Celebrities During the Lockdown

This Videos Says What We All Think About Celebrities During the Lockdown
Brodigan - April 24, 2020 at 03:51PM

It’s day eleventy-eight of the coronavirus aka COVID-19 aka Wuhan got you all in check aka kung flu lockdown. I wonder if my favorite bar thinks about me too. I just made my cat Employee of the Month for the second month in a row. And I’m not proud to admit this, but I’m not sure I remember how to put on pants that require a belt. But it’s all okay, because of all the celebrities reminding us that we’re all in this together. Or, more specifically, that #WereAllinthisTogether. Famous people are all of us (see If You Weren’t Sick Before, Here’s a Montage of Celebrities Singing ‘Imagine’ and Actor Josh Gad Has a Meltdown on Instagram Over Social Distancing). So as this video points out, to everyone more famous than I am, from the bottom of my heart… suck it.

I will say this, though. All the music is great. I’ve often said that the best thing about the government shutting down the economy during a pandemic is all the musicians hopping on the social media platform of their choosing to play a few songs. The kung flu is the best thing to ever happen to music fans. As a matter of fact, after going to a wedding in Maryland on Saturday I’m headed to Nashville that same evening for a Luke Combs concert at the Grand Ol’ Opry. The best part is i won’t be leaving my basement for either. So please, bands and singer-songwriters, you keep doing your thing.

To every other celebrity, just shut up. Because the only thing worse than being stuck in the house during a pandemic is having to hear all of you constantly reminding us about being stuck in the house during the pandemic. Go away.
